Tanning Dynamics provides a unique advantage to the salon owner or training manager. The owner (or the designated training manager) can comfortably view the employees’ current certification progress. All from one dashboard that uniquely reports all testing results from the employees who are currently certifying. If the certifying employee has tested, the score results are posted immediately for viewing. If they had to test multiple times before passing, the owner or training manager will be able to see. Once the certifying employee achieves a passing score (80% or higher) they have met the requirements for certification. The training results page will reflect the progress of the employee and their certificate will be immediately available for download and printing.
